How long are classes?
Classes are 1-hour in length unless otherwise noted.


I am in a different time zone - how do I know what time the classes are in my country?
All of our classes are in Pacific Time (PT) we recommend using this time converter to figure out the correct time in your home country: https://bit.ly/DanceTimeZone


I am not able to afford the low-income rate, do you offer other scholarships?
Our commitment is to make sure that all can take class during these challenging times. Limited partial & full scholarships are available for dancers that cannot afford the low-income rate. After you apply, if you are awarded the scholarship you will be given a discount code to use for the specific classes you apply to. Applications are processed on Tuesdays.

Once you receive the code, this is how you book a class on Pomegranate Garden Dance:

  1. Go to www.pomegranategardendance.com

  2. Pick the class you want to attend

  3. Use the discount code you received after your application was accepted

  4. Check your email for the Zoom Link

I did not receive my Zoom link, what do I do?
Sometimes the link take a couple minutes to come. Know that the link is different than your receipt. It is a separate email titled " Zoom link for ………whatever class you registered for…”
Make sure to check your spam folder or any other folder where the email could be such as promotions.
If you still don’t see it email pomegranategardendance@gmail.com & the link will be sent to you.

I want to purchase multiple classes at once rather than just 1 class at a time. How do I do so?
You can add a class and then go back and add another class, it will add as many classes as you like to your cart and then checkout as you normally would.

Are Videos Available?
Videos are available only for the series and a select number of classes. Videos are shared with registrants within 48 hours of the class. The videos are available for 1 week from the date they are shared or for series are available for 1 week after the series concludes. Some classes and lectures are offered via video only - check the Videos tab for lectures & instructional videos.

What's the refund policy?
All sales are final and not transferable to another class. While there are no refunds for classes, it is possible to transfer your spot to another dancer. Just email us with your receipt and the name of the person who you are transferring the class to with “Transfer Class” in the Subject Line.
